Q: Are your treats gluten-free?


A: Yes, all our biscuits are made using gluten-free flour. Such as Gram, Oat, Rice and Coconut Flour.

 

Q: Are your treats wheat-free?


A: We do use Oat flour in some of our treats. However, the majority are not. Please check the ingredients listed on the product page. Currently Dogestives are the only biscuits that are not wheat-free.


Q:Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?


A:We currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland. There is a flate rate of 3.68 for all orders and they are sent 1st class via Royal Mail.

If you spend over £20, you receive Free Delivery! 


Q: How long can I expect a delivery to take?


A: All our deliveries are made via Royal Mail and all orders are made fresh to order. With all this taken into consideration, we aim to have your order with you within 10 days. Any issues or concerns always contact us either by phone or via email.


Q: From what age can my puppy have your treats?


A: We recommend to not give them to your pup until they are 12 weeks old. Although they are not harmful for puppies, its always best to let them settle into their new diets before introducing new products. We hope to develop a baby puppy range in the future! Watch this space!

 

Q: If my pupster has an allergy to something in the Family Favourites tin can it be swapped for something else?


A: Absolutely! Just add a note at the point of purchase or send an email to confirm the swap wanted. We make everything to order so can amend options as required!

 

Q: What is the shelf life of your products if they do not contain preservative?


A: All our biscuits are air dried to remove as much moisture as possible from the final product. Our products are rigorously tested and have a Best Before shelf life of at least 6 months.

 

Q: You use a lot of plastic in your packaging, how does this make you eco-friendly?


A: All our packaging is carefully sourced. The paper labels we use come from sustainable resources. Printed stickers are from suppliers that use eco-friendly inks and adhesives. The printed bags are recyclable, and our clear bags are all compostable. All our postal packaging is recycled and recyclable. We want to leave as little a carbon footprint as possible.

 

Q: Where do you source your ingredients?


A: We use Whole Foods Online for all our dry produce. We get our organic veg and fruit from farm shops local to us. And our meat produce comes from Pipers Farm who offer a diverse range of Organic and Grass-fed meats.(www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk) (www.pipersfarm.com

 

Q: My order has arrived and there are quite a few broken biscuits?


A: Sometimes, even with the care we take to securely package your order, breakages occur. If you are not happy with the way your order arrived, please contact us immediately. We want you and your pup to be as happy as possible with your purchase.
